Council for Higher Education Accreditation, September 2010

Summary:

This report by CHEA collects information from all 50 states about how they use non-governmental accreditation in their program approval process. It concludes that there is no single model for how this is done. Further, the report found that better understanding of how accreditation and states interact can only improve cooperation and understanding of recent federal regulations.
