News coverage of the Departments of Education and Labor jointly releasing the details of a new, smaller grant program ($2 billion) to replace the American Graduation Initiative. This new program shares most of the goals of the original AGI. "The grants can be used for many purposes that will help retrain trade-displaced workers in their states, with a probable focus on hiring instructors or staff and purchasing equipment to develop new curriculums."
