This analysis article argues that "[t]o make the most out of the federal investment in financial aid and protect students, policymakers need to make institutions accountable for the price of their programs and the education they provide." The author also argues that while private-sector schools may be extreme examples of some of the issues, all schools must be accountable in this manner.
