Harvard University Graduate School of Education, February 2011

Summary:

This new report emphasizes the lack of attention national policy pays to vocational credentials short of a traditional bachelor's degree. The report suggests that the American education system is failing a large number of young people: "'College for all' might be the mantra, but the hard reality is that fewer than one in three young people achieve the dream."
