Report from a December 2010 conference sponsored by the Miller Center, the Association of Governing Boards (AGB), the National Conference on State Legislatures (NCSL), and the National Governors Association (NGA) on the future of higher education. The report makes several policy recommendations, including rewarding institutions for increasing the number of graduates and reconsidering the federal role in higher education.
