What We Do
Visit, navigate, and search your website from the perspective of prospective working adult students.
Inquire to at least one of your programs and track all responses from your enrollment unit for 15 or 30 days.
Have at least one conversation with the assigned enrollment counselor responding to them.
Conduct the website analysis and the inquiry response tracking for at least one of your competitors.
Evaluate the website, inquiry responses, collateral provided, and conversation(s) against known best practice for enrolling adult students more likely to retain.
Write a report outlining the key findings and areas of strength and weakness.
How Often We Do It
We conduct each of these steps with new secret personae once per calendar quarter, during a defined set of dates that makes sense to your academic calendar and term structure. This scheduling provides you with discrete measurement points with meaningful intervals for you to adjust training and coaching. The four reports you receive during the calendar year together will demonstrate how you have improved performance over time.
What it Costs
One year of this subscription service costs $5,000.
If you have reasons to deviate from this standard offering, we are happy to customize it to meet your needs. The cost will increase or decrease according to the agreed changes. We always tell our clients the full cost in advance and there are never any additional charges.
